Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We are not liable for any price changes, modifications, or discontinuations.


Payment Terms and Delinquent Accounts

We accept multiple payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Before completing any purchase, you will have an opportunity to review applicable fees and shipping charges. We may place a pre-authorization hold on your card to confirm payment. If any payment issues arise, we will notify you.

If payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to suspend your account and charge fees for collection.


Product Descriptions and Limited Warranty

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information will be error-free. Minor discrepancies, such as slight variations in color or texture, may occur due to differences in display settings and production processes.

All products sold by SunVersa are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues such as:

  • Defective hinges or frames

  • Lens discoloration or peeling not caused by improper use

  • Structural defects in materials or workmanship

This warranty does not cover normal wear to tear use such as damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear, such as scratched lenses, broken frames, or general deterioration over time. Any modifications, repairs, or tampering by third parties void this warranty. To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). 

If you experience a manufacturer defect, please contact our support team at support@sunversa.com with details of the defect and images of the product. If the claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to product availability.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or improper storage


Shipping and Duties

We are committed to providing you with a seamless delivery experience.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 USD to all destinations we ship to.

Shipping Options:

  • United States:

    • Standard Shipping: $7 USD — delivery within 4–7 business days after shipment.

    • Express Shipping: $12 USD — delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment.

  • Canada & Mexico:

    • Express Shipping (DHL Express): $12 USD — delivery within 4–6 business days after shipment.

  • Australia & New Zealand:

    • Express Shipping (DHL Express): $12 USD — delivery within 4–6 business days after shipment.

  • Rest of the World:

    • Express Shipping (DHL Express): $18 USD — delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing time is not included in the delivery estimates mentioned above.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We operate the Service from Israel. Products and services may not be available in all jurisdictions.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including customs processing, courier delays, or natural disasters. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

International Orders and Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges. SunVersa is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other regulatory processes.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer the following return and exchange policies:

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in it’s original packaging with all accessories was originally in the package. Items showing signs of wear or used may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, custom products, and discounted final sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our support team at support@sunversa.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the product you want in exchange when contacting support@sunversa.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any cost difference will be either charged to your original payment method or refunded as applicable.

  5. Store Credit Option: If preferred, you may request store credit instead of a refund, which can be applied to future purchases on our site with no expiration date.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment

    Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the order has been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Department using the contact us page with your order details. Upon successful cancellation, any payments made will be refunded to the original method of payment within 30 business days.

  2. Cancellation After Shipment

    Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. A shipping confirmation, including tracking information, will be sent to the customer when the order is dispatched. At this point, the order is considered fulfilled, and the customer assumes responsibility for accepting the delivery.

  3. Returns

    If the order has been shipped and cannot be canceled, customers may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that the first return is free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

  4. Exclusions

    This Cancellation Policy does not apply to certain products, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made items, and digital downloads. Such items are non-cancelable and non-returnable after purchase.

  5. Amendments

    We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the total amount you paid for the product or service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue.


Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or internet outages.


Arbitration Clause and Class Action Waiver

By using our Services, you agree that any dispute between us will be resolved through binding arbitration instead of in court. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of Israel and will take place in Tel Aviv, Israel. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by sending written notice to support@sunversa.com.


DMCA and Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@sunversa.com in compliance with the DMCA requirements.


Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due, and all obligations that survive termination will continue.


Modification of Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration will be heard in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.


International Use

By accessing and using our website, including browsing and purchasing products from SunVersa, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
