  1. 1.1. These terms regulate participation in the SunVersa promotional activity (the “Business”).
    1.2. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

  2. Promotion Terms
    2.1. During the promotion period, from November 21st, 2025 until December 4th, 2025 at 23:59, customers will receive 40% off the entire website.
    2.2. In addition, every purchase made during this period automatically qualifies to participate in the “Every 20th Buyer Wins a Full Refund” activity.

  3. Participation in Refund Activity
    3.1. To participate, a customer must make a purchase through the SunVersa website during the promotion period.
    3.2. Each purchase qualifies for a chance to win in accordance with the rules below.

  4. Winning Rules
    4.1. Every order that is the 20th sequential order in the system (every 20 orders) will entitle the buyer to receive a full refund for that purchase.
    4.2. Winning is not random — it is determined by a fixed, clear, and transparent rule.
    4.3. The number of winners is limited to two winners during the promotion period.

  5. Winner Notification
    5.1. SunVersa may determine the timing of winner notifications at its sole discretion.
    5.2. Notification will be provided via communication channels chosen by the Business.

  6. Refund Process
    6.1. Winners will receive a full refund of the original order amount.
    6.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise determined.

  7. Additional Conditions
    7.1. SunVersa reserves the right to modify, update, extend, shorten, or cancel the promotion and/or activity at any time.
    7.2. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the website or any other official channel.
    7.3. All decisions of the Business regarding the promotion shall be final and binding.
