Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of order delivery, provided the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.

To secure your desired exchange item before it sells out, we recommend contacting customer service to place it on hold. Please email or call us with your order number, the item, and the size you would like on hold.

Exchanges will not be accepted without the original branded SunVersa packaging, including all accessories, or if the packaging or any accessory has been damaged by the customer.

Shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item back to the customer (for the first exchange only).
Any additional exchanges beyond the first will require the customer to cover all shipping costs, both ways.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of order delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.

Items without the original packaging, including all accessories, are not eligible for a return.

Returns must comply with consumer protection laws and our return policy.


How to Exchange or Return

Please provide your order number for approval.

Refunds (for returns) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the package is received at our warehouse.


Refund Terms

  • Shipping fees, if paid, are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • No cancellation fees apply for returns due to manufacturing defects or order errors.

  • Gift cards or vouchers cannot be refunded for cash. Instead, a voucher will be issued for future use.


Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original branded packaging.

  • Packaging must be undamaged, and all original accessories must be included.

  • Items returned without their original packaging or missing accessories are not eligible for exchange or return.
