Warranty
All SunVersa products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues such as:
- Defective hinges or frames
- Lens discoloration or peeling not caused by improper use
- Structural defects in materials or workmanship
This warranty does not cover normal wear to tear use such as damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear, such as scratched lenses, broken frames, or general deterioration over time. Any modifications, repairs, or tampering by third parties void this warranty. To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
If you experience a manufacturer defect, please contact our support team at support@sunversa.com with details of the defect and images of the product. If the claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to product availability.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or improper storage
